Fees structure

At Trusted Tree Mortgages, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to our fees. Our goal is to ensure that all pricing elements are clear and transparent, providing our customers with the right information to make informed decisions before purchasing a product or service.

Initial Consultation

We offer an initial consultation to understand your financial situation, goals, and preferences. This consultation is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of your mortgage options and how we can assist you in securing the best deal.

Fee Structure

Our fees vary depending on the complexity of the transaction. After the initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of any fees that may apply to your specific situation. This includes:

  • Procurement Fees from Lenders: We receive a procurement fee from lenders, which will always be clearly shown in the mortgage illustration provided to you.
  • Broker Fees: Our standard fee for a regulated residential mortgage is typically £495; however, this may vary depending on the complexity of the case. For non-regulated mortgages, such as BTLs and commercial mortgages, fees are generally capped at 2%, though they may also vary in more complex scenarios or where additional work is required to achieve your objectives.

Our Commitment

Our motto is simple: "All pricing elements must be clear and transparent." We are committed to providing fair value to our customers, particularly regarding any additional charges or fees. We believe that businesses must provide customers with the right information to make informed decisions, and we strive to uphold this principle in all our interactions.

Transparency and Fair Value

We understand that transparency and fair value are crucial when it comes to financial decisions. That's why we ensure that all our fees are clearly communicated and that you receive the best possible value for our services. If you have any questions or need further clarification, our team is always here to help.
